Learn whether to pursue an appeal. How to do it and what are the important dates? Discover the presenter’s successful approach that answers these questions. Learn about changes to the applicable laws that affect most Monmouth County residents (and the existing law for all others). We’ll use Internet data bases that help you gather the information for appealing (such as “comparables”) and even filing your appeal. Discuss the tax board hearing when your appeal is heard (if not settled before), and what happens afterwards.
