Real Estate Principles And Practices

The successful completion of this 75-hour program qualifies you to sit for the New Jersey Real Estate Examination. It is also valuable and essential for those who own real estate, are prospective buyers and sellers of real property, and for experienced salespeople. Required text is available in the College Bookstore. (Essentials of New Jersey Real Estate by Sobeck & Lenk, 12th Edition). Successful completion requires regular attendance. All applicants for licensure must submit to a criminal history record check. Prerequisites: 18 years of age and proof of high school diploma or GED at time of registering for the state licensing test.

Personal Trainer National Certification Program

World Instructor Training School

Start an exciting career in fitness-become a Certified Personal Trainer. This instructor led course offers in-depth practical training in the essential skills and knowledge in fitness and health. The program consists of 15 hours of lecture in biomechanics, exercise physiology, fitness testing, equipment usage, health assessment and 15 hours of hands-on practical training on assessing clients, programming, performing proper exercise, presentation skills, and more. Garden Design Certificate

Recommended for individuals who are interested in pursuing garden design at garden centers, thinking of starting their own business in garden consulting, or wishing to create beautiful spaces in their own backyard. Students will gain hands-on experience in all aspects of design from evaluating and measuring properties to presenting completed designs. Some of the topics that we will explore will be design principles, choosing the right plant for the right place, landscape installation, developing a plant palette, creating gardens that attract pollinators, and incorporating natives, edible plants, and herbs into the landscape. We will also explore the business side of design from creating quotes to pricing out jobs for clients. 12 SESSIONS
