Indoor Track Running Camp

Headed by the Brookdale cross country staff, this camp is designed for beginners through advanced runners interested in improving technique and performance. Daily schedule will include race strategy, form analysis, long and short track workouts, stretching, nutrition and the importance of rest. Runners will be grouped by age, ability and conditioning. Open to boys and girls ages 10-14.
