Rock Harper is a celebrity chef, restauranteur, and media personality with over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry. As the winner of Hell’s Kitchen Season 3, Rock became a nationally recognized figure, using his platform to elevate conversations around food, culture, and community.

A proud graduate of Johnson & Wales University. Rock has built a career centered on innovation, creativity, and hospitality excellence.

He is the founder of Queen Mother’s Kitchen in National Landing Virginia, known for its premium fried chicken and elevated comfort food. Additionally, Rock owns Hill Prince, a bar and community hub in the heart of DC’s H Street Corridor.
