This interactive workshop facilitated by the Mental Health Association of New Jersey introduces tools to build personal resilience to thrive and feel better during times of stress both in and outside of the workplace. Participants will evaluate their own resiliency using the eight dimensions of wellness to identify areas for improvement. The session introduces strategies to promote improved overall emotional wellness.
