The Power Systems Institute (PSI) is now recruiting its next cohort of students for its program in partnership with Brookdale.
As one of the nation’s largest electric utilities and parent company of JCP&L, FirstEnergy knows that it takes a large workforce of highly trained, dedicated and motivated men and women to deliver electricity safely and reliably to our customers. For more than a decade, we have teamed with regional community colleges to train top-quality, well-educated line workers and substation electricians for the electric utility industry.
PSI at Brookdale is a unique, two-year program that combines classroom learning with the hands-on training needed to open the door to opportunities in the electric industry. Students who successfully complete the program earn an associate’s degree.
PSI has helped more than 1,500 graduates take their careers to new heights.
If you’re interested in the PSI program – or know someone who is – learn more at the PSI website or phone 1-800-829-6801.
The information session is free and open to all. Questions? Contact Anoop Ahluwalia, Dean of the STEM Institute at Brookdale, at 732-224-1987 or email email@example.com
