Meditation Series with Liz Lawrence

Key Take-Aways over the Spring 15-week semester include:
- Discovering the benefits of meditating – improved focus, relaxation, the lowering of high blood pressure.
- Each week a different style of meditation will be explored – counting meditation, candle meditation, breathing meditation, walking meditation and guided meditation plus many more.
- Breathwork is a valuable tool to add to you meditation & yoga practice.
- Different styles of breathing will be explored to help one to relax, focus, ground, and clear toxins.
