Greg is here and ready to share is knowledge about exercise and fitness! Join him and the Wellness Center for their summer physical wellness series, starting on Wednesday, June 14th. Participants will learn how to incorporate bodyweight exercises and small studio equipment into a workout for functional strength and endurance. Discover a variety of total body, integrated strength and mobility training exercises that can be simple to follow and accessible to all participants. Please bring a towel and water, mats are supplied unless you would like your own. Limited Space Available!
