The Book of Joy is the outcome of a week-long meeting between his holiness the Dalai Lama and Archbishop Desmond Tutu, in Dharamshala, India. In this historical meeting, two of the world’s most influential spiritual leaders discussed one of life’s most important questions: how do we find joy despite suffering?
