Voting Rights: Two Consequential Supreme Court Decisions

Join Bruce for a deep dive exploring Allen vs. Milligan and Moore vs. Harper, both 2023 decisions.  Allen, targeted the Voting Rights Act; while Moore tried to circumvent Judicial Review.  We’ll listen to portions of oral arguments and peel back the layers to gain a better understanding of the background, issues and thinking involved in the decisions.
