Statement of Purpose
The Food Science Club promotes a deeper understanding and appreciation for the natural sciences by emphasizing their applications in food, an everyday necessity. Through engaging hands-on and oral presentations, club members will learn the biology, chemistry, and neurology (and more!) underlying cooking and eating and ultimately make their food taste better.
