Nutrition Hub

 

We are grateful to the RWJBarnabas Health Monmouth Medical Center for their generous donation to establish the Nutrition Hub in the Caroline Huber Holistic Wellness Center.

With their assistance, the Nutrition Hub, which was previously called the Helping Hands Lounge, provides food and basic necessities to support our students, and the community.

Operational hours: Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

The Nutrition Hub currently serves the Brookdale community through the following programs:

Grab and Go Meals

Offered Monday- Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to anyone who is hungry and in need of food. No questions are asked.

Weekly Groceries

For anyone facing food insecurity, a bag of groceries, suited to the number of members in the household can be picked up weekly. Additionally, the Nutrition Hub hosts the mini-resource fair on the third Tuesday of the month where groceries and fresh produce are distributed.
