Culture, Cuisine, & Hospitality

Visit the cities of Rome, Florence, and Bologna, tour vineyards, bakeries, and cheese and balsamic vinegar factories, experience old world markets and medieval villages in the program, students will explore the principles and practices of global travel, tourism and hotel management, while also writing and conducting research about the cultural, social, ecological, and political climate of each destination and how they impact local tourism.
