We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Draft correspondences and other formal documents, including but not limited to, data input
Scan legal packages
Input data to Excel spreadsheets
Answer inbound telephone calls
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Strong organizational skills
Flexible to start part time, but looking to grow to full time. Full time will include health benefits, paid time off and opportunity to grow.
