Administrative Assistant, Topel and Silver CPAs PA (Manalapan)

Position Summary

Monmouth County CPA firm is seeking an Administrative Assistant who is a self-starter, motivated, reliable and a team player to join our team. This position is a full time, temporary position with the possibility to become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

– Answering telephones

– Processing Tax Returns (will train if necessary)

– Scheduling Tax Appointments

– Assist with bookkeeping tasks including data entry and bank reconciliations using QuickBooks (experience preferred, but not required)

– Typing Correspondences

– Assists with all office related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning and mail

– Microsoft Word and Excel experience a plus.

During the months of February – April you may have to work some additional overtime hours.
