Position Summary

Responsibilities & Requirements include:

Provide client care according to approved Plan of Care.

Assist with daily personal hygiene, bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, toileting, feeding, meal prep, linen changes, light housekeeping, and other duties as assigned.

Develop and promote a safe environment and provide top-notch quality care.

Comply with all documentation and record keeping requirements.

Ensure client’s rights -Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality.

Treat client, family, and staff with courtesy and respect.

MUST have active NJ CHHA license, driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Minimum of one (1) year of documented experience preferred.

Salary Range: $15-17
