Position Summary

We are dedicated to the DDD’s mission of supporting families, groups, individuals, and communities to live fulfilling lives in the community, regardless of their disabilities. Our services encompass family support, medical care, employment assistance, career planning, home care, and various other services aimed at fostering independence. One of our unique programs involves hiring family members to care for their adult loved ones with developmental disabilities.

Victory Aid is looking to expand our team of qualified Community Based Supporters to assist individuals with developmental disabilities achieve daily goals in their home and community throughout New Jersey.

Job Responsibilities

Potential staff with experience in group home work, family caregiving, in community support work are encouraged to apply. Victory will train the right staff in all aspects of support.

Qualifications

Qualities we are looking for: “The Caring Bone”, honesty, respectfulness, responsibility, consistency and punctuality.

Requirements are as followed:

18 Years Old

Successful completion of state mandated background check

Valid Drivers License

Caregiving Experience 1 year Minimum

We Provide Services in all Counties throughout New Jersey

Job Location: In Person

Salary Range: $19-23 an hour
