Monmouth County boutique Law Firm with a primary focus on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and elder law seeking a Director of First Impressions to join our high-performance team.

We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable working with clients and who is a “People Person.” Our law firm focus is on building relationships and client care.

Position Summary: The Director of First Impressions is the face of our estate planning law firm. This role is responsible for creating a warm, professional experience for every client, maintaining an organized and polished office environment, and supporting smooth communication between clients, attorneys, and staff.

 

Job Responsibilities

-Greet all clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor

-Collect and facilitate completed paperwork from clients

-Notify attorneys and staff of client arrivals and make sure all procedures are followed

-Maintain our lobby and conference rooms in a clean, organized, and professional condition at all times, ensuring they are properly stocked and ready for client meetings

Qualifications

-Professional, welcoming, and detail-oriented

-Strong communication and organizational skills

-Customer service or front desk experience preferred

-Ability to multitask in a professional office setting
