Employer Relations/HR - IPPC Pharmacy (Morganville)

Position Summary

Seeking an excellent Employee Relations/HR opportunity to join our dynamic team! The Employee Relations/HR assist with and facilitates the human resource processes at all business locations. Experienced with progressive discipline (administering and counseling) at all phases. Provides employment related guidance and support to management and employees. Prevent and resolve problems while assisting in creating and enforcing policies in the workplace.


 


Job Responsibilities

• Administer and process benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations.

• Act as liaison between employees and an insurance broker; assist employees in resolving benefits issues and errors

• Maintain all electronic and paper HR files and personnel records accurate and in a timely manner

• Coordinate new employee hiring process, as well as assists with changes/transfers/terminations.

• Ensure employee documentation, including licenses/certifications is valid and compliant with licensing standards

• Schedule and plan all HR events and activities on an agency-wide level

• Interview, Hire

• Scheduling of Vacations, Daily tasks

• Training on Pharmacy Software

• Assist with other assisted task
