Enhanced Support Workers
Monmouth County, NJ
Collaborative Support Programs of NJ (CSPNJ), a behavioral health nonprofit organization, has several openings for a shared housing program based in Monmouth County. The Enhanced Service Program provides direct services to individuals who are living and recovering from mental health diagnosis living in a shared housing environment. The Enhanced Support Worker provides supportive services to individuals geared toward enabling residents to live independently and work toward realizing their full potential. The Enhanced Support Worker is a dynamic position incorporating elements of several roles, including case manager, social worker, skills teacher, and residential specialist. Knowledge of psychiatric rehabilitation model preferred.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree in behavioral health discipline -OR- combination of education and work experience that is equivalent. Successful candidate will have excellent written, verbal and computer skills. This role requires strong assessment, organizational skills and ability to manage crisis. Valid drivers’ license and acceptable driving record is required. Position is full-time and benefits eligible.
Statewide Asset Management Director
Community Enterprises Corporation (CEC), a state wide housing authority nonprofit agency and an affiliate of Collaborative Support Programs of NJ (CSPNJ), seeks a Statewide Asset Management Director. The Statewide Asset Management Director reports to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible to assure that the CEC and Collaborative Support Programs of New Jersey, Inc. (CSPNJ) affordable housing portfolio provides safe, decent, sustainable housing that meets high-quality housing property standards providing healthy comfortable homes for tenants and contributes to community neighborhoods. The Asset Manager provides oversight and day-to-day supervision and support for CEC maintenance staff statewide and monitors the Physical, Financial and Regulatory Health of affordable housing projects and properties owned and managed by Community Enterprises Corporation.
Qualifications: Bachelors degree and 4 years of work experience in property management or related activity. Excellent communications skills required. Ability to work with a diverse group of individuals in a professional manner. Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
