Position Summary

Reporting to the Operations Manager and above, the Store Manager is responsible for supervising and overseeing the sales performance of the store and ensuring proper shift assignments for all staff.

This role is also key to fostering an inclusive, passionate, energetic, and welcoming retail environment while helping team members grow and succeed.

Job Responsibilities

-Maintain frequent and consistent communication with the Regional Manager, ensuring compliance with company operational policies and guidelines

-Propose and establish achievable sales goals, and motivate the team to work collaboratively toward success

-Ensure all staff adhere to company standards, particularly food safety and sanitation regulations

-Train, supervise, and provide ongoing feedback to team members, including disciplinary actions as needed

-Foster a positive and energetic environment aligned with Real Fruit Bubble Tea’s vision and values

-Deliver exceptional guest service and demonstrate strong follow-up skills with customers and potential customers

-Support daily operations by preparing ingredients, managing inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and performing additional tasks as required

-Ensure all team members are working safely and in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA)

Qualifications

-No prior work experience required—however, preference will be given to candidates currently enrolled in or graduates of food & beverage or business management programs

-Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

-Excellent multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive under pressure

-Exceptional customer service and communication skills (oral and written in English)

-High level of organizational skills and attention to detail

-Ability to implement and follow Real Fruit Bubble Tea’s policies and procedures effectively

Salary Range: $45,000-$55,000
