Fleet Administrator – Student Transportation of America (Wall)

Position Summary

Under the direction of the Director Vehicle and Fleet Sales, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for following up on asset requests and liaising with various departments within STA. This position requires excellent customer service skills, high organizational skills and ability to provide excellent customer service to our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensuring all necessary documentation is completed regarding vehicle titles

• Liaising with various departments within STA

• Communication with auction companies

• Following up on asset and vehicle requests and matters

• Communicating with internal fleet employees within the United states and Canada

• Editing existing excel reports

• All other duties as required by management


• 2+ years previous experience in an office administrative role

• Highly organized

• Intermediate knowledge of all MS Office programs

• Excellent customer service and phone mannerisms

• Strong Communication Skills

• Previous experience in transportation (preferred)

• Ability to prioritize tasks in an effective manner

• Strong attention to detail

Salary Range: $18.00/HOUR
