Freelance Web Designer Needed – Creative Portfolio Project (Shopify)

Looking for a creative freelance web designer/developer in the Monmouth County area to build a clean, modern Shopify website for a premium beauty/wellness brand entering the U.S. market.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone building their portfolio — the project includes strong brand storytelling, product merchandising, and real-world eCommerce functionality.

 

Job Responsibilities

Scope includes:

• Shopify theme setup & customization

• Mobile-first design

• Product & collection pages

• Basic SEO setup

• App integrations (email capture, reviews, shipping)

 

Qualifications

Ideal candidate:

• Creative and detail-oriented

• Shopify experience preferred

• Local or NJ-based a plus

• Interested in a project they can showcase

*Compensation is modest but fair, with potential for ongoing work across multiple launches.
