Job Responsibilities

-Enhancing clients’ well-being and quality of life as a CHHA.

-Provide direct client care, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and medication reminders.

-Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.

-Provide transportation, meal preparation, housekeeping, laundry, and grocery shopping as needed.

-Support clients in completing activities of daily living.

-Influence clients’ quality of life through promoting patient safety, hygiene, healthy eating, medication adherence, clean environments, happiness, and social engagement.

Qualifications

-Valid NJ Board of Nursing Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) License

-English/Bilingual English preferred

-Drivers preferred

-Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty
