Our growing jewelry start-up is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory and Shipping Associate to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
As our Inventory and Shipping Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach customers on time and in perfect condition. Your responsibilities will include:• Organizing and maintaining inventory of our beautiful jewelry products.• Preparing customer orders by carefully picking and packing items according to order specifications.• Creating labels and packaging orders for shipment via USPS, using computer-based software.• Preparing shipping boxes and materials.• Communicating with customers regarding order updates and tracking information via WhatsApp and Messenger.• Inspecting products to ensure they meet our quality standards before packaging and shipping.• Maintaining a clean and organized work area to optimize efficiency and safety.• Posting pictures on Social Media – Instagram, Facebook.• Helping with Shopify.
Qualifications
-High school diploma or equivalent.-Basic knowledge of computers.-Strong organizational and time management skills.-Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.As a Jewelry Inventory and Shipping Associate with our start-up, you’ll gain valuable experience in the jewelry industry while working with a supportive and fun team.
