Line Cook and/or Food Prep – The French Market (Colts Neck)

Job Responsibilities

Experienced line cook needed for busy neighborhood café in Colts Neck.Full or part timeCompetitive pay commensurate with experience!!!Closing time is 5pm Tuesday-Saturday & 2pm Sundays.Requirements & expectations include, but are not limited to:– 2+ years kitchen experience– ability to multitask– preparing hot &/or cold station for daily service– making sandwiches, salads, crepes, eggs etc for to-go and catering customers– preparing simple pastries for pastry case if the baker is unavailable (no prior formal pastry experience required)– cleaning & sanitizing all cooking surfaces, maintaining a clean & organized kitchen– basic written verbal & written communication skills– ability to work together as part of a team with a positive attitude– ability to follow directions & take instructions @thefrenchmarketrumsonig: @thefrenchmarket_coltsneck
