Position Summary

Come work for BrightStar Care, an independently owned and operated home healthcare agency in Piscataway, NJ. We are actively hiring compassionate team members to work with clients of all ages in their homes or facilities. Our RNs and LPNs are members of our home care team and work under the supervision of our Director of Nursing performing various skilled care services to meet the client’s needs. We are looking for a dedicated individuals with a passion for care and the core values of honesty and commitment. Work as many or as few hours as you want as we offer full and part-time work, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Job Responsibilities

· Provide thoughtful care to clients & patients based on personalized Plan of Care.

· Monitor and track changes in the client/patient’s conditions and needs and keeps the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel informed.

· Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely plan of care documentation.

· Current unrestricted RN license or license as a Practical Nurse in New Jersey required.

· One (1) year of nursing experience required; three (3) years preferred.

· Licensed driver with valid automobile insurance.
