Position Summary

Our client is a renowned home health care organization providing personalized private duty nursing services in Monmouth County, New Jersey.

Responsibilities

● Assist with preparation, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care plan ● Assist with the rehabilitation of patients according to the patient care plan ● Provide emergency treatment as directed and indicated ● Perform selected nursing procedures such as administering medication & treatment ● Undertake patient/family teaching for continuity of self care ● Carry out policies of the agency as appropriate ● Complete, maintain and submit accurate clinical records and prepare reports ● Report patient symptoms, reactions, and changes of the condition as indicated
