Medical Assistant - Red Bank Medical (Shrewsbury)

Position Summary

We have an opportunity to join our team as a Medical Assistant. The job duties are the following (but not limited to); enter information into EMR, provide care with excellent customer service. Prepare patient for examination and treatment; take brief patient history, assist with procedures, administer injections as approved, draw blood as needed, provide patient instructions. Other duties may be assigned depending on shift.


Qualifications

Medical Assistant:

Basic qualifications and skills are as follows:

• Currently a Medical Assistant: Graduate of an accredited school of medical assisting.

• We are seeking people who want to learn and grow within the practice of medicine.

• At least 2 years of medical experience preferred

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills needed

• Experience in a Primary Care environment preferred
