Position Summary

Entry-level clerk opportunity. Looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, fast-paced, responsible and detail-oriented clerk. Experience in a general business environment with an eagerness to become part of a team.


Job Description:

Answer telephones and relay messages to appropriate recipients

Data entry

Manage files/folders and compile records

Greet customers and visitors and perform tier-one / first contact services

Handle outgoing mail by sealing envelopes and placing stamps

Retrieve files on demand

Proofread records and reports for accuracy

Type and edit correspondence

Prepare carrier packages for UPS and Federal Express

Perform document photocopying and paperwork distribution tasks

Act as a receptionist or front desk officer

Assist in managing accurate billing

Make outbound phone calls in response to any inquires, questions, or other follow up


Skills:

Must be able to work Monday-Friday. 8am-5pm

Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel

Excellent verbal and written communication

Ability to prioritize and ensure completion of critical tasks

Ability to assess and inform supervisor of work related issues

Ability to adjust to changing priorities, circumstances, and personal interaction styles


Job Type: Full-time


Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
