With 3 locations–Bradley Beach, Sea Girt, & Point Pleasant–owned and operated by Shawn

Ryan (Johnson & Wales University) & Pat Cuozzo (Culinary Institute of America), FINS had

been bringing BIG TropiCali flavor to everyone along the beautiful Jersey Shore since 2003

with the opening of our Bradley Beach Location! Our menu is made fresh, to order, with

high-quality ingredients in a fast-casual, surf-inspired atmosphere. Our menu is big

enough for everyone to enjoy. Plus, it’s innovative, family-friendly, and our top-notch

customer service is a great place to learn skills for the food and service industry!

1. Spend summer with FINS from 2-3 months learning the ropes!

The Hospitality and Management Internship is perfect for someone with the passion to run

a small business with multiple locations. This internship will encompass the growth and

knowledge of leadership, management, customer services skills, and brand representation.

With the high-volume environment, the intern will engage in hospitality to the tourism that

sweeps the shore!


The intern is responsible for assisting the company manager, owners, and fellow store

managers in the daily operations which include but not limited to: training, reviewing

incoming applications, keeping daily operations log, restaurant upkeep, addressing and

handling staff & customer issues, customer service, office upkeep & employee file upkeep;

following through with any tasks delegated by store manager or GM in a timely manner.


This internship is looking for someone that has something to offer FINS in terms of

experience to help our brand grow, and maintain our reputation of providing great

customer service and great food in a surf-inspired atmosphere. There is room to grow

within the company and build a career as a restaurant manager, as we are seeking to

expand!


This is a 30+ hours a week job. Weekends & summer holidays a must. Salary determined

upon hire and experience. Closed Thanksgiving, Easter, and Christmas Day.


Salary: $15-20
