Payroll Clerk – Physicians Practice Enhancement LLC (Red Bank)

Position Summary

Physicians’ Practice Enhancement, LLC is seeking a full-time Payroll Clerk to work on-site at its Red Bank, NJ office. The position is Monday-Friday and pays competitively.


Job Responsibilities

· Input payroll information into ADP system· Process bi-weekly payroll, as well as monthly payroll for physicians.· Check payroll information for accuracy· Coordinate with HR Department payroll changes (i.e. new hires, terminations, etc.)


Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent; Degree is Accounting/Business preferred.· Familiar with general accounting principles· Highly organized and well-developed oral and written communication skillsAble to work independently· Demonstrates sound judgment, decision-making and problem-solving skills· Able to maintain confidentiality with all aspects of information in accordance with practice, State and Federal regulations· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access)Proficient in Netsuite and ADP Workforce Now
