Position Summary

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician who is an independent leaner with excellent communication and customer service skills with ability to multi task.

Pharm Tech will be responsible for helping pharmacist in charge and pharmacist on duty and other team members with daily pharmacy tasks that includes but not limited to :

Answering phone calls

Attending customers in store

Data entry of prescriptions

Prescription processing and adjudication

Prescription preparation

Stock pharmacy and front end shelves

Ordering OTC

Inventory management

Cleaning shelves and keeping pharmacy neat and presentable at all times

Running register that includes ringing up customers, running lottery machine and money transfers, etc

Helping customers with OTC product selection.

Help pharmacy gain new customer base, increase sales, get actively involved & perform services that improve pharmacy’s financial outcomes (Immunizations, Testing, MTMs etc).

Follow HIPPA rules in protecting customers privacy at all times.

Follow pharmacy’s standard policies and procedures for all work flow processes.

Maintain her/his pharmacy technician license in good standing.

Job Location: Marlboro, NJ

Salary Range: Starting at $15.00
