Pharmacy Technician

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting customers, filling prescriptions, processing pharmacy orders, and delivering medications.

* Provide high-quality patient care.

* Process pharmacy orders and dispense prescriptions under a pharmacist’s supervision.

* Resolve Third Party rejections and billing errors.

* Perform all register transactions and maintain accurate records of customer transactions.

* Retrieve and file prescriptions appropriately, according to State and Federal Law.

* Promote products and services, including health and beauty products, homeopathic remedies, vitamins, and supplements.

* Comply with all Federal and State laws, rules, and regulations as well as company policies and procedures at all times.

* Order and maintain an inventory of medications, supplies, and marketing materials.

* Remove outdated, damaged, and recalled merchandise and prepare for return to the vendor

Salary Range: Starting at $18
