Position Summary: We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. As a prep cook, you’ll play a vital role in the preparation of ingredients and supporting our line cooks and chefs in delivering top-quality dishes.

 

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

– Prepare and portion ingredients (chopping vegetables, slicing meats, etc.)

– Follow recipes and food safety guidelines accurately

– Maintain a clean and organized workstation

– Assist with kitchen cleaning and sanitation tasks

– Support the kitchen staff with various tasks as needed

– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

– Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

– Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
