We are looking for an awesome part time House Cleaner to join our Diva crew!

Cleaning experience is NOT necessary, but a positive attitude IS! If you are looking for an amazing part time job to make some extra money, meet cool people, and hustle a few days a week, this could be the perfect fit for you.

We are looking for someone who is available 1 to 4 days a week, Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with the potential of varying hours and days of the week depending on the schedule – AND someone who is okay with traveling to the areas we service throughout Monmouth and Ocean Counties.

Our ideal candidate is positive and great at finding solutions instead of excuses, enjoys helping out others, loves to add value to people’s lives and isn’t afraid of hard work. You’ll also need to be detail-oriented, dependable and reliable, organized AND a good communicator. If you believe being a team player is just as important as being able to work independently, then read on!

You will be responsible for general housekeeping duties such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, and other in-home tasks as assigned, as well as helping with creating image/video content while in the homes for our social media pages.

You must have a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with valid car insurance to carry around equipment and get you to the homes you’re scheduled to clean ON time.

Everyone starts off at minimum wage ($14.13/hr) for their training period (typically the first month or so) and can make up to $17.25 plus tips after that, depending on performance. We have monthly parties with prizes to have fun, hang out together and celebrate our wins.

Employees are compensated hourly for drive time, as well as 65.5 cents/mile for mileage between work locations.

Our office is located in Belmar, NJ, and we service Monmouth and Ocean Counties.
