Job Summary: We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Service Professionals to provide essential support to individuals in their homes or assisted living facilities. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while adhering to all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA guidelines. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients through personalized care and assistance.

– For individuals seeking to apply for CHHA position who currently do not have a CHHA license from the State of NJ, reimbursement will be provided after completing three hundred (300) hours of work service

Job Responsibilities

Open Positions:

– Physical Therapist

– Registered Nurse

– Licensed Practical Nurse

– Certified Home Health Aide (personal care)

– Home Health Aide (non-Certified – companion care)

Qualifications

– Previous experience in home community care or assisted living environments is preferred.

– Familiarity with providing care, healthcare procedures and basic health care practices.

– Understanding of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality.

– Ability to perform physical tasks associated with lifting and assisting clients.

– Compassionate demeanor with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
