Sales Development Representative - EazyML (Remote)
Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic self-starter who has demonstrated success in winning technology sales, has an understanding, and is willing to learn new technologies. If you enjoy speaking with people and can turn a regular conversation into revenue for the company, we might have the perfect job for you. The ideal candidate will NOT hesitate working the phones, making sure every lead is followed and enjoys talking to people is high energy and results-oriented. As a sales development representative, you drive outbound conversations, turn them into leads and help them solve their business problems with our products and services.

This excitement must come through on every call to guarantee that customers enjoy speaking to you and want to learn more about the company and brand. As a phone sales representative, you can relax and enjoy your day in the comfort of your home office, while driving conversations that will lead to sales all over the world.

This position will report directly to EazyML VP of Sales, you will own client relationships, facilitate meetings, understand client needs, and act as a key proctoring consultant.
Job Responsibilities
-Lead generation, identify and pursue new opportunities, develop and drive the right sales initiatives for an ongoing solid pipeline.
-Present our solutions, directly or through team expertise, to all of the stakeholders within an opportunity and deliver real value to customers.
-To achieve or exceed revenue targets on an ongoing basis.
-To build the EazyML brand in MID-Market/SMB and major enterprise accounts on an executive level.
-To represent EazyML in a professional manner at all times and prospect daily for new business by adopting effective sales strategies and tactics that result in new business generation including cold calling, phone prospecting, and face-to-face meetings.
-Achieve annual sales targets and average monthly revenue quotas on a consistent basis.
Qualifications
AT LEAST ONE YEAR TECHNOLOGY SALES EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY PREFERRED.
-Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
-Working knowledge of solution selling methodology and practice
-Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills
-Strong relationship building skills
-Ability to be a knowledgeable adviser to clients/prospects with a well-developed consultative selling style
-Keen business sense, with the ability to find creative business-oriented solutions to customer problems
-Proven success working in a fast-paced environment, Strong results orientation
-Demonstrated ability to work efficiently, meet demanding deadlines, prioritize workflow and adjust to frequent workload fluctuations
-Ability to work alone while also being a strong collaborator, Independent, and takes responsibility/ownership.
-Driven, Passionate, Energetic, and hungry for success, with the ability to “think outside the box”.. High integrity – makes and keeps commitments. Fosters collaboration.

Additional Information
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $30,149.00 – $50,000.00 per year; additionally, significant commission for every deal; a chance to earn equity in EazyML commensurate with performance
