Sales Professional, NutraStar (Farmingdale)

Position Summary

We are currently seeking additional experienced B2B Sales Professionals to join our team at NutraStar. We are a growing supplement contract manufacturing company with a strong customer service focus; this position will start as outbound calls, of our leads. Huge opportunity for income growth as 90% of our new business generates repeat orders and repeat commissions. The job is based out of our Farmingdale, New Jersey office. Our company works in a professional, business-to-business (B2B) environment specialized in custom manufacturing of vitamins, supplements, and nutraceuticals. Candidates must be entrepreneurial.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop sales plan and build personal book of business

Meet target Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for calls, emails, and total connectionsSell and promote nutraceutical products over the phone to new and existing customers

Focus on generating incremental business by prospecting/selling to new accounts, and developing relationships over the phone

Negotiate and close deals successfully

Maintain industry and competitor knowledge

Other duties as required

Desired Skills and Experience:

Knowledge and competence in the major elements of inside sales including cold calling, business development, customer qualification, and customer acquisition

Selling Experience with Contract Manufacturing / Supplement industry a huge plus

Superior sales planning

Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and business development skills

Self-motivated with superior problem solving and negotiation skills


Excellent organization and time management skills

Salary: 65K-95K
