Position Summary

We are a dynamic skincare company located in Manalapan New Jersey, with a focus on holistic acne treatments and a thriving e-commerce platform for our skincare line. Our mission is to provide effective solutions and personalized care to our clients, helping them achieve healthy and radiant skin.

We are currently seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working in our office 2-3 days a week.

Job Responsibilities

1. Create and edit high-quality videos that showcase our skincare products, services, and brand story, ensuring a professional and engaging visual aesthetic.

2. Develop creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant channels.

3. Manage the day-to-day operations of our social media accounts, including content scheduling, community management, and responding to comments and inquiries in a timely manner.

4. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to align social media strategies with broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

5. Monitor social media trends and stay updated on the latest features, algorithms, and best practices to maximize reach and engagement.

6. Track and analyze social media metrics, providing regular reports and insights to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.

7. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth.

8. Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations to amplify brand exposure and reach new audiences.

9. Support other marketing initiatives and projects as needed.

Qualifications

Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and their respective best practices.

Excellent visual storytelling skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to create engaging and shareable content.

Solid knowledge of social media analytics tools to track performance and optimize strategies accordingly.

Ability to work independently and efficiently, managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey brand messaging effectively.

Passion for skincare and wellness, with a genuine interest in staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments.

Experience working with small businesses or in the skincare and wellness industry is a plus.
