Wait Staff/Servers, Springpoint Senior Living (Red Bank)

Position Summary

We are looking for professional and friendly Wait Staff to join our team!

We are offering Sign on Bonuses!!

Your main goal in this position should be to ensure the highest level of clients’ satisfaction and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Welcome customers and lead them to their seats, introduce the menu and describe different meals. Take orders and deliver in a timely manner. Identify and resolve any special requirements, wants and needs of the customer. Team player, good time-management skills and obtain great interpersonal and communication skills. Need to be a problem solver. Adhere to all safety regulations and policies and procedures are followed. Collaborate closely with other staff members, to achieve the highest level of satisfaction and experience.

Education: HS Diploma or GED preferred. College Students are welcome to apply.

Experience: Exemplary customer service skills are required for this role. Wait staff requirements some food service experience

Preferred: Must have experience in a similar setting.

Work Environment: The Atrium at Navesink Harbor offers a growth oriented, friendly, family-like environment. We have a 43 bed Long Term Care unit that is part of a Continuing Care Retirement Community located at 40 Riverside Avenue, Red Bank, NJ. The Atrium at Navesink Harbor is part of Springpoint Senior Living, Inc., the largest not-for-profit provider of homes and services for the aged in the state of New Jersey.
