Position Summary

X-ray Technicians are primarily responsible for performing all diagnostic x-rays and assisting with the provision of patient medical care.

Our X-ray Techs report to the Center Administrator for non-clinical matters, the Medical Director for clinical matters as well as the physician on-duty.

Job Responsibilities

– Performing diagnostic x-rays

– Performing point of care diagnostic tests

– Assisting physicians with patient care, as requested

– Assisting Medical Assistants with the triaging of new patients

– Directing patients to examination rooms and ensuring rooms are setup

– Ensuring that x-ray room and examination rooms are clean

– Re-stocking medical supplies

– Front-office duties including answering phones and registering patients
