Lost and Found OneCards
Students who find OneCards should turn them into the ID Card Office in CAR 222 or the front desk of any regional location, after which they will be forwarded to the ID Card Office. College employees who find OneCards should interoffice mail them to Christopher Jeune on the Lincroft Campus. OneCards found off-campus should be mailed to:

Students who lose their OneCard and have a remaining balance in their Brookdale Bucks accounts should deactivate those accounts immediately. Students who do not have a remaining balance in their account(s) should come to the ID Card Office in CAR 222 to see if it has been turned in. If it has not, they will be subject to a $15 replacement fee for a new card. Cards turned into the ID Card Office will be held for one long semester after being turned in, at which time they will be destroyed and a $15 replacement fee will be required for a new card.
PLEASE NOTE: The Brookdale Police will no longer hold on to lost OneCards. They will forward them to the ID Card Office in Lincroft.
Deactivating Brookdale Bucks
Using a Web Browser:
- Go to Brookdale Bucks eAccounts
- Enter your NetID username and password to access your account.
- Click the Card Services link at the top of the window.
- Click Deactivate Card. Deactivating the card will freeze the balance on the card. Any balance will automatically be transferred to the replacement card when it is issued.
Using the Mobile Application:
- Launch the eAccounts app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Login with your your NetID username and password
- Touch the Lost Card button.
- Touch the Deactivate Card button at the bottom of the screen.
Getting Your Replacement Card
Replacement cards are issued for damaged, lost or stolen cards at the Brookdale OneCard Production Office located in the CAR Bldg., Room 222, on the Lincroft campus and at the Freehold campus at the Self Check-In Kiosk.
There is a $15 replacement fee for lost and damaged cards. An official police report that has been approved by the Vice President of Student Sucess (office located in MAC 106 on the Lincroft Campus) will waive the replacement fee for stolen cards.

NOTE: If you are unable to access your Brookdale Bucks eAccount online or on your mobile device, call the OIT Help Desk at (732) 224-2829 to report a lost or stolen card. OIT will assist in deactivating your card in order to protect any unused Brookdale Bucks. You MUST then get a replacement card. Any Brookdale Bucks balance will automatically be transferred to the replacement card when it is issued.
