Student Life & Activities Club Virtual Program Proposal

Student clubs and organizations should use this form to propose virtual programs and events. Be sure to submit this form at least 10 business days prior to your proposed virtual event date so Student Life & Activities can work to approve your proposal. Please note, virtual programs and events are not approved until you receive a confirmation message from the Office of Student Life & Activities.

  • Please note, if this is a co-sponsored virtual program/event between clubs, each participating club must submit a corresponding proposal.

  • Please fill out the following section if the virtual program/event you are proposing is a volunteer service event. Pending approval and after the event takes place, you must then fill out the corresponding Volunteer Service Activity Sheet.
