Where can I send my students for technical support?

Does the TLC offer any training, live or recorded?

How do I create assignments that allow students to upload files, and how do the students go about uploading the files?

When creating an assignment that requires students to upload files, in the “Submission Type” field, check off “File Uploads.” For students to actually be able to submit the file, they must click the blue “Submit Assignment” button in the top right. They will then be prompted browse for the file they wish to upload.

How can I improve my course to more fully engage the students?

How can I trim the beginning/end of a Zoom recording

Zoom created a tutorial on this found here.  Note the important step of disabling the download for the recording in the tutorial.

Can the TLC convert a Word or PDF exam to a Canvas exam?

Yes! Please format your Word file according to standard formatting for Respondus and we can convert it for you, regardless of whether or not you are using Lockdown Browser! Share your exam documents with us via our Test Conversion Request Form and we will convert them for you!
