The Brookdale Community College Foundation is pleased to announce its annual Scholarship Bash to be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Branches in West Long Branch, NJ. The event will recognize this year’s honorees including Contemporary Motor Cars, Allan Sockol; The RAINE Foundation, Patricia and Matthew Dickens; Vito F. Cardinale, Cardinale Enterprises; and Barringer Award Winner, Professor Jane Scimeca.

The event will support the Foundation’s Invest in Student Success Fund, which aims to help students at Brookdale Community College overcome financial barriers and succeed in their educational aspirations. Many students at Brookdale Community College face financial difficulties, unstable housing, food insecurity, lack of transportation, and childcare concerns while working low-wage jobs. These obstacles can force them to prioritize living expenses over their education.

Last year, the Foundation awarded over $713,000 in student scholarships. This year’s event seeks to raise funds to continue supporting students, providing them with access to higher education and opportunities to achieve their goals.

Supporters can attend the event in person, underwrite a sponsorship, purchase an ad, or make a donation. Every contribution will make a significant impact on the lives of students and help them pursue their dreams. Those interested in attending or supporting the event can RSVP here: https://e.givesmart.com/events/ubd/

Donations can also be mailed to Brookdale Community College Foundation, 765 Newman Springs Road, Lincroft, NJ 07738. Please make checks payable to the Brookdale Community College Foundation.
