Information Technology Help Desk
The Information Technology (IT) Help Desk provides centralized technology support to Brookdale Community College for all IT requests and issues. It is available 24/7 to assist Current Students, Faculty, Staff, New, Incoming Students, and Future Students.
Contact the IT Help Desk using any one of the following methods:
- Create a Support Ticket: This is the preferred method of contact. Select the Create a Ticket link below to submit a support ticket. Optionally log in directly Help Desk using your complete Brookdale Email address and NetID password.
