Brookdale’s Jillian Fay Player of the Year

Brookdale sophomore shortstop and lead-off hitter, Jillian Fay (Middletown South High School), has been named both the 2025 Garden State Athletic Conference (GSAC) Softball Player of the Year and the NJCAA Division III Region 19 Player of the Year—honors that reflect a standout season on the field.

Fay has been a powerhouse at the plate and a leader on defense, finishing the season with a .538 batting average, three home runs, 34 RBIs, 77 runs scored, and 36 stolen bases over 42 games. She also held an impressive .875 fielding percentage at shortstop.

In addition to her Player of the Year accolades, Fay earned First Team All-Region and First Team All-GSAC honors.
