Time Management for Success and Wellness

Presented by Cathleen Goode In Person, on campus,  Fort Hancock Room Room 208 in the Student Life Center 

There are 168 hours each week. With classes, activities, study, and free time, planning becomes essential to get things done. Practical strategies will be presented for managing your time and your success.

 

Cathleen Goode has over 35 years of experience in student development and marriage and family counseling. She holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and Consulting Psychology from Harvard University and an Educational Specialist degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University. Since 1988, she has served Brookdale students as a counselor in the Department of Student Development & Counseling and holds the rank of Professor.

She is passionate about student success and wellness and has developed workshops for Brookdale students on numerous topics, including managing test anxiety, stress management, test-taking skills, time management, and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Tapping. She is currently pursuing certification in Positivity and the Relaxation Response (PART) through the Benson-Henry Institute for Mind Body Medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital.
