Brookdale Community College is formally recognized by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA). NHA is a national professional certification agency for healthcare workers in the United States. Learn to be proficient in all aspects of medical office skills through lecture, lab practice, and a 160 hour clinical externship.
Areas of Study: Patient interaction, an overview of front desk procedures, infection control, emergency procedures, phlebotomy, minor procedures, EKG and CPR certification.
Prepare to sit for the National Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification exam.
